Dear CFRS Members,

It has been my pleasure to serve all the active / retired members and beneficiaries of the CFRS over the past 14 years.
However, I have chosen to retire effective October 1, 2026 after spending over 28 years in the pension industry.

The Board and I have been planning for my retirement and have our vendors, pension and payroll systems, and staff aligned
for a seamless transition. The Board recently hired a recruiting firm, Korn Ferry, to search for the next CFRS Administrator.
It is their expectation that the new Administrator will be hired soon to allow time for the transition of the role and responsibilities.

I will be sure to pass along updates regarding this transition as they become available.
