The U.S. Bank’s retiree portal is now available for you to make changes to
your address, direct deposit, or tax withholding elections, any time day or night!

Making your own changes gives you the power and ease to make changes without completing
cumbersome forms or causing delays in updating your information. More importantly, making
changes directly into the U.S. Bank retiree portal reduces the risk of identity theft associated
with the delivery methods of paper forms.

The User Guide contains step-by-step instructions for making changes to your address,
direct deposit, and tax withholding elections while the Navigation Guide provides you with a

You must be registered for the U.S. Bank retiree portal to make your own changes.
If you have not registered and would like to make your changes in the portal,
simply follow the Initial Registration and Logon Instructions. (See link below.)

You may call U.S. Bank at 1-800-843-2399, Monday – Friday between 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET,
to request a change form and return it to U.S. Bank for processing.
