As previously announced, the USBank retiree portal was unavailable while security updates were being completed. We are happy to inform you that the USBank retiree portal will be available with the June 30, 2025 payment cycle.

Please watch for a welcome letter from USBank sent to your US postal mailbox around mid-June that will contain information and direction on how to re-register. Any prior registration to the retiree portal is null and void. Therefore, you must re-register if you choose to have access to the retiree portal. The retiree portal will be available for view/print only access.

All changes for addresses, direct deposit, and tax withholding elections will go through the CFRS office or via USBank on a form provided by USBank. You may obtain the applicable change forms by contacting the CFRS office at 704-626-2728 M-F 8am – 5pm ET, visiting our website at charlottefireretire.com\Forms, or calling USBank at 1-800-843-2399 M-F 6am – 7pm Central Time.
